Just had breakfast gearing up for a long day on my scooter and the beach!!! Lanikai here I come.
I asked this woman first if I could take her picture. She said, "You're not making fun of my are you?" and I said, "Just a little," and I made the little measure sign with my fingers. She laughed and agreed to let me take it. It was very, very funny. Being in Hawaii is amazing. The sun, the shadows, the wind, the smell, and at night, being in the middle of the ocean looking up at the stars is amazing.

This tree has a long history. Wish I remember what it was. I don't even know who those two woman were. I think I just didn't want to wait for them to take their own picture.
I love to lay on the beach.
I like to go to Hawaii toward the end of October because most of the tourist crowd have gone home.
International Market has changed so much. It's much more trendy and upscales than it used to be when I first landed on the island in 2002. It used to be cozy food booths and a lot more deep fried everything. Maybe a little seedy.
