I've worked on this vest for a while. It was one of those projects I did when I was bored with another.
This is my first V-neck sweater. I used a regular V-neck sweater pattern and left off the sleeves.
This yarn is not that attractive of a color, which is probably why it was on sale. It's 100% cotton, and I've already washed the sweater in the pictures. It's super soft and warm.
The pattern is k4p1, and I SSL the left side of the collar to incorporate the decreases. For the shoulders I used a three needle bind off, and I am now hooked on this method of doing shoulders. It's so much less bulky than sewing it by hand, and it looks very nice and tailored.
