Uh, this was a lot of fun. I made use of the disgusting bananas in the fruit bowl and made Coconut Pecan Banana Bread. I used coconut oil instead of vegetable oil. Super easy to bake and clean. They can be frozen as well. You could put ice cream in them, maybe layer it. Yum. That would be good.
