This was my Christmas and birthday present this year. I love it. Especially the milk frothier. Amazing.
I don't have to fill it up often, and the controls are very easy to understand. It makes some noise, but not much, and the noise it makes is tolerable.
When you use the hot water feature, all of the lights on the machine blink slowly and the device makes a low, slow machine sound like it's either go to take off and leave orbit or warning me of some sort of impending doom. The sound is low, and all the lights are dark blue, so it seems okay. The water comes out hot, no smoke or flames. I think the machine is supposed to work that way.
Sometimes I make hot chocolate with the frothier or I heat up cold coffee. That's nice.
Great find.
